This series of mixers employs a spiral mixing element structure, allowing the material to flow rapidly towards the tube wall and back to the center as it passes through the mixing element. Multi-stage mixing elements are arranged in alternating left- and right-hand spirals, creating a reverse flow stream that is continuously cut. This improves mixing efficiency and provides a self-cleaning function. All materials are continuously and completely mixed, eliminating differences in temperature, velocity, and concentration.

Pipe diameters range from 20mm to 1200mm; overall materials include carbon steel, stainless steel, PP, PVC, and FRP, and can also be lined with rubber, powder coating, Teflon, or fiberglass. Milu offers the following three models:

◆ A fixed component and a mixing component are connected to the housing.

◆ Removable Components: The mixing component is located in the pipe and can also be pulled out of the pipe.

◆ Component assembly – Mixed components can be inserted into the customer's piping.
